Robert Allen Spring 2015 Botanical Rapture

Robert Allen interprets nature by merging antiquated motifs with fresh color trends in the spring 2015 collection Color Library: Botanical Color. The designs draw inspiration from vintage botanical prints, featuring brilliant textiles like Aztec Flowers and Belle Bloom. This series captures botanical components in a gorgeous color scheme including: Sunray, Spring Grass, Water, Coral Reef, and Calypso Blue. Calypso Blue was voted the Robert Allen Interior Design Color of the Year for 2015 in a survey of more than 1,500 design industry professionals.

Additional patterns incorporate classic stripes and luscious solids, perfect for creating a comprised design or refreshing existing spaces.

“We notice trends in the interior design world seem to repeat themselves,” notes Robert Allen Design Director Hannah Alderson. “For example, in the 1980s, we saw Mario Buatta and Susan Gutfreund with their flourishing florals and lavish embellishments. We’re taking the origins of these trends and injecting them with 21st century flair and Robert Allen’s signature eye for color and pattern.”

The Color Library: Botanical Color five hand-selected hues include:
